Residential Care

 

Albany House is registered with Wiltshire County Council as a Residential Care home.

 

We aim to encourage our residents to remain as independent as possible with discreet support from the staff. Like all of our care, it is personalised and individual where our team fits into the routines of the residents. Upon arrival, we create a care plan for our residents so we are aware of any of the needs or care requirements residents may have. We want to ensure that no need goes unnoticed which is why we create a care plan upon arrival for our residents to list any care requirements they may have.

 

Activities

 

At Albany House, we want our residents to maintain a happy and active lifestyle. All our residents can enjoy twice weekly activities and entertainment. The services of a hairdresser, chiropodist and dentist are also all available, by appointment, for a small extra charge.
